STUDENT ARTWORKS - Dogs - Oil Crayons into Oil Paints

Image
I first posted this artwork on 11th August 2018 Dogs - Oil Crayons into Oil Paints with all Instructions included. I have presented it on a number of occasions, each time it has been a raging success. This group of artworks comes from Year 3/4 students (two classes) at Windsor Park Public. Well done to all of them, they are beautiful artworks...

STAGE 2 and 3 - DISTORTED ARTWORK - Using an App with Mixed Media.

This is an upgrade of the artwork for ES1 and the Support Unit students. It has more Steps and does involve using Harmonious colours. It is better suited to older students who will also have better developed fine motor skills. Enjoy...........

ES1 and SUPPORT UNIT Students - DISTORTED ARTWORK - Octopus

Image
I used a ipad app to create the "percolated" octopus image. The app is old , I have had it for many years but I am sure something similar can be found in any photo editing app as a filter. The best thing about this artwork is that capturing realism is not wanted, the more distorted the subject looks, the better...although the viewer should perhaps be able to recognise what the subject is. But ha e fun with it anyway......
