The Art Lady

   I think my Year 3/4 class will like doing this artwork. It will challenge their ideas about "living things" as we explore the Great Barrier Reef and investigate sustainability as an aspect of their school curriculum.    I did not include the images that are in the Steampunk and Surrealism Booklet as there are just too many. However, there are lots of images that can be found on Pinterest that are free to use.

   I have always like doing this artwork with students of any age. It always seems to turn out well and the students like the effect of wax resist. This program is only 8 weeks in length.

   THis artwork always turns out really nicely and works with any age group. I thought my Year 1 students would enjoy creating this artwork as it requires just the use of lines, shapes and oil crayons/oil pastels.

   Due to circumstances, I have not created new artworks for my classes in Term 3. I have taken artworks that I have used for casual teaching days and fitted them into the Science curriculum.    This artwork is for Kindergarten and I think they will like creating an artwork about "monster.
