STAGE 2 and 3: GEOGRAPHY CONTENT - BEAUTIFUL BIRD, FABULOUS FEATHERS - A Peacock Portrait

   This is an artwork that could be used when exploring India through the Stage 2 and 3 Geography Content: Place.

STAGE 2: Years 3 and 4 - Geography Content - 

·   Place: the significance of places and what they are like eg natural and human features and characteristics of different places and their similarities and differences; how people’s perceptions about places influence their responses and actions to protect them.


STAGE 3: Years 5 and 6 - Geography Content - 


·       Place: the significance of places and what they are like eg characteristics of places on a global level.
   I will be introducing this artwork to a Year 3/4 class within the next few days, so I hope to have some groovy little student artworks to share with you.
   I think the kidlings will love creating this artworks as they will get to use spray paints with pre-made stencils, along with drawing and shading.
