The Art Lady

This artwork is a variation on the previous "majestic mammmal" artwork. I am sure there are other areas within each Science Stage where this artwork could fit. If not, its just a fun thing that kids woukd love to do. * STAGE ES1 - I would do this artwork with kindy kids simply because is would be fun. * STAGE 1 Science -identify that living things live in different places that suit their needs (ACSSU211) (Where do lions and lionesses live? Why do they live there? Could they live in Australia?) * STAGE 2 Science ST2 - 4LW-S: Compares features and characteristics of living and non-living things (Compare and contrast the similarities and difference between a lion and a lioness. How why are they different? Why are they different?) * STAGE 3 Science -examines how the environment affects the growth, survival and adaption f living things - ST3-4LW-S (Why do lions and lionesses live in Africa? How do they survive? How have they adapted to living in Africa?

If there is one animal that I know kids love to draw, its lions.
